A very BLESSED NEW YEAR people!! =) heehee.. a year had just gone by and my heart is just filled with so much thanksgiving! Let me just update some photos first...

A year gone by, so much things to thank God for, so much blessings in which He had showered upon me with! The year ended and started quite differently for me last year and this year. still, God has His perfect timing and purpose for all of us! =)
Praise God for year 2008! Thank God for every brothers and sisters in Christ in which He had placed in my life.. such a blessing and encouragement to me.. Thank God for Jessie & Malcolm, Iris, Christoper, Amelia, HockCai, Samantha, Cassandra, Christine Pang, Ian & Lilis and family, James, Chia Wen, Cheryl, Aunty Eileen, Kim Cheong & Hwee Min, Ray, Dawn, Kong... hmmm, actually is everyone around me! hahaha.. too many to name already.. you know who you are eh.. hahah! i just wanna thank God for all of you! glad to know some people better last year too.. people like Yvonne, Michelle, Jia Le etc etc... You guys have been a great, great blessing to me! =)

Year 2008;
many trials, many downs,
YET;
many opportunities to serve, many camps, many blessings overflow..
One thing which touches me alot is how amazingly God is working in my family! (: this year i witnessed so many answered prayers! i prayed for open door for my brother to come for camp, to get to know my family better (at least get to talk to one of them, knowing them better), that God will continue to work in my parents' heart. and you know what? God is good :D

My brother, Calvin, came for camp in March last year 2008, and subsequently, he came for vibe every month and he enjoy himself with the people in church =) and through this, i get to know my brother better. as in, i get to talk the most to him. in the past, i hardly have any communication with my family members... next, because of my brother, my parents get to know about what's happening in my life.. in which i thank God for that! then, i thank God for my dad being willing to fetch me home from camps! woah amazing, cos in the past, my dad wont ever fetch me to church. next, my mom asked me to eat the glutinous rice balls which she had handmade herself without offering to the idols. and, God gave me the courage to invite my dad to come for the christmas musical! and amazingly, he seem interested to come! and, year 2008 is the first time that i actually invited my church friends over to my place. first, it was on chinese new year where Iris and Chris came. then it was the baking sessions which Yvonne came over to my place. and the many stayover at my place with Amelia.. and another baking session with Christina.. another one with Amelia and HockCai.. Through all these, my family get to know my church friends! heehee.. so they wont have to worry about who i have been hanging out with. woah, looking back, i really thank God for working so amazingly! if you were to ask me three years ago about my family, i can tell you honestly that, i have no idea how God is going to work in their hearts! i prayed for my family since the day i came to know Christ and till now am still praying.. the Lord taught me that i should wait patiently upon Him and everything will happen beautifully in His perfect timing! i'm starting to see the light ahead :D hee.. it's just so sweet to trust in Jesus in everything!! =)

Thank God for my poly friends too, for my secondary school friends, for vibe, for SportLight, for camp Re-engerize, for the yfc ODD-camp! Thank God for the people from SYFC, they have been a great encouragement to me too! Always encouraging me, and it's also my first time to serve along with them, bring involved in their events and activites! hahah.. many, many thanksgiving!
well, GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!!
i'm so excited for this year 2009.. great things ahead, trusting that God has His plans all work out so amazingly!! heehee (:
